In NEO N3 80% of generated $GAS is split between successful voters (as explained here) so voting is something really important.
There are different ways to vote on NEO N3 for you.
You can try to optimize your gains in $ GAS by voting for one of the last candidates but this can be risky because you will not win anything if it is below the 21st position.
Another way to vote and seek to learn more about the candidates is to vote for the one who brings the most to the NEO community for you.
